Your complaint will be forwarded immediately upon receipt to a staff member responsible for complaint management, who will record it accordingly and ensure it is processed promptly. We will generally send you a confirmation of receipt within 10 business days of receiving your complaint unless we are able to respond to your inquiry within the timeframe. Your complaint will be answered without delay, but no later than within one month. In the unlikely event that unplanned delays occur during processing, we will send you an interim notice informing you of the reasons for the delay and indicating when the review of the complaint is expected to be completed.

We are committed to resolving your issue promptly and finding a satisfactory solution. Of course, this service is provided to you free of charge.
